Meet the founder of NIDO, Jayne Dela Rosa

With over 25 years of experience in the early childhood field, I have worn many hats from classroom teacher to program leader always guided by a deep passion for nurturing children's growth and curiosity I hold an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, a Bachelor' degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Family Studies and a Master's degree in Special Education with a concentration in Disability Services.

I am trained in Conscious Discipline as well as both Waldorf and Reggio Emilia philosophies, which shape my holistic approach to teaching and learning. I believe in creating environments where children learn through exploration, nature, play, and meaningful relationships.

Throughout my career, I've integrated a variety of curriculums and teaching strategies spanning early childhood through elementary education. My greatest joy lies in connecting with children through imaginative role play, hands-on discovery, and nature-based learning experiences that inspire wonder and build lifelong love of learning.
