Small palm (up to 15 ft) hardy to USDA zones 8a–10b. Small, yellow to orange-red, monoecious flowers producing bright orange, round to oval “pindo dates,” about 1 in diameter, juicy, sweet-tart, pineapple-like flavor. Plant is disease & pest resistant.
