Anna and Dorsett are Israeli and Carribean apples respectively, requiring very low chill hours. They are cold hardy to -10 degrees and produce delicious apples in zones 5-9. Reaching heights of 15-20 feet, moderately fast growing sun lovers will flower in spring and follow with an early summer fruit. Annas will have a slight pink color when ripe and produce a sweet, tart crisp fruit great for eating raw, cooking or baking. Dorsett apples are known to have one of the sweetest flavor profiles, juicy, sweet and crisp. Both trees require 250 (10 days) chill hours (34-45 degrees) to produce.
